Our Crew.

Caleb Young Director

Caleb is a PNW native, working in Bellingham and Seattle. He directs branding content for local, national and international clients, as well as directing and producing independent films. He has won several Addy awards, as well as a Gold Addy Award (through Hand Crank Films) for the Mackie DLM Speaker Series. His feature film, Do You See Colors When You Close Your Eyes? was Official Selection at Seattle International Film Festival. He recently completed his 4th feature film Into the Lavender Creases of Evening and is developing 2 documentaries, a feature film and a series. But most importantly, he is trying to get outside more with his wife and daughter.

Avielle Heath Producer

Avielle Heath is always the hardest worker on set. Her attention to detail, focus and demand for good communication helps tell the best stories. She has created mini-cities, zombie torn worlds, taken us back in time and made a table of food look beautiful. She is talented, blunt and always having fun. She also runs Bellingham Film, an organization supporting filmmakers in Whatcom County.

Lacey Young Producer

Lacey is a corporate accountant and co-owner of C. Young Creative.  She produces many of Caleb's projects and manages all things business related.  She also loves to help out with craft services when she can... insisting that the crew eats healthy and creates little waste on set.

Her side project is A Picnic for Three.

Dave Richards Sound Supervisor

Dave is our sound supervisor. He is a freelance sound mixer working in the PNW and goes by davesound. When he’s not making things sound great, he is climbing, guiding or volunteer ski patrolling in the North Cascades or running around with his wife and dog.

He works on everything from feature films, corporate videos and recording bands. He basically does it all, and does it well. Check out what he does at davesound.net.

Cameron Currier Cinematographer

Cameron has been collaborating with Caleb and Lacey since 2005, when they set out to make their first feature film. He has an Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences degree for Digital Video and Photography from Shoreline Community College.

He has an ability to keep the set calm even in stressful situations, while making sure the shot looks great! And the proof: he has shot for brands: amazon, Microsoft, Seattle Humane, Valve, and The Department of Energy, as well as collaborating with many Seattle agencies and video production companies.
